The official language of the conference is English.


In September, the average temperature in Abu Dhabi is a 33°C, reaching highs of 40°C in the hottest part of the day. After dark, temperatures drop slightly to an average low of 26°C. Just 10mm of rain’s expected this month, while the sea temperature measures a bath-like 33°C.


The Conference Secretariat and organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.


All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibit hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.


Participants are requested to check with the UAE consulate or diplomatic mission in their home country or with their travel agency for visa requirements. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required. 
GCC citizens do not need a visa to enter the UAE.


An official letter of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries is available upon request from the conference delegate services. This invitation is meant only to assist participants to obtain a visa and is not a commitment on the part of the organisers to provide any financial support.
Applications for invitation letters must be received at least 6 weeks prior to the conference.
